Installation:

❃ Your sign will come with 4 pre-drilled holes. 

You can install your sign to the wall with the mounting hardware provided or use the hanging chain to hang the sign from a screw or nail. 

Delivery:

❃ Lead time: 4-6 business days.

❃ Shipping time: 5-7 business days.

❃ Warranty: Every sign includes a free 2-year manufacturer defect warranty.

❃ No Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final.

❃ Damages & Issues: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, inspect your item(s) within 5 days of delivery.

❃ Damaged in Shipping: Send clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging showing any visible damage.

❃ Defective/Incorrect Item: Send a detailed description and clear photos or videos of the issue.

❃ Late Claims: Claims made more than 5 days after delivery, or without sufficient proof, may not be approved.

❃ Approval Rights: My Custom LED reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on the evidence provided.

❃ Customs & Import Taxes: Customers may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
